Lorena Mendoza's son, Luis, is 1 year old. "Everything is most special about Luis, he's my joy and he always makes me keep my head up for the both of us and for our future.
Being a teen mother really hasn't affected Lorena, because she enjoys every minute of it. "I don't have the whole freedom to go out but being a teen mother makes you see the world differently."
"I would like the thank Florence Crittenton for everything they have done for me. I finally made it to my graduation day!"
The Florence Crittenton School and the Early Learning Center has helped Lorena because she knows that her baby is in the same school as her and if they he needs her for any reason; they can call her from class. "The ELC has been very helpful, without it I wouldn't have been able to attend school because I don't have any other babysitter."
"Never think it's impossible to anything, everything is possible as long as you want it."
Lorena plans onto first graduate, and then she plans onto going to college to become a medical assistant.
