meet our staffRicardo LeBlanc-Esparza, PrincipalRicardo LeBlanc-Esparza contains over 25 years of experience in the field of education, as a teacher and principal, working with student populations like the Florence Critten School. He holds an A.A. from Columbia Basin Community College, a B.A. and M.S. from Central Washington University is currently enrolled in the PhD program at the University of Northern Colorado. Having grown up in a Spanish speaking immigrant family that worked in the agricultural fields, Ricardo leads with passion and is convinced of the life altering impacts of educational achievement.
