Charlene Love has a two-year-old son Jamarion and feels that he is the best son anyone could ever ask for.
“My son is very special to me in every way thinkable. He is unique. He is smart and each and everyday I enjoy watching him grow-up. I love his laugh and smile. I love his personality and sense of humor. He is my everything and I love him with all my heart.”
Being a teen mother has made Charlene enter a new world and start a new life. She said, “It’s affected me in positive ways; It has made me more responsible, taught me to love someone else unconditionally and how to take care of someone else.”
Charlene believes it’s important to think positively and make wise decisions. She said, “Always do your best and never give up. Always keep faith and believe in yourself.”
The Florence Crittenton School has helped her to attain her goal of graduating high school. She said, “The School has taught me very important skills and techniques to succeed in life, as a person and as a mother. The biggest skill I have learned in my years at Florence Crittenton are responsibility, to stay positive and to take care of business.”
The Early Learning Center has also given her and her son some great opportunities. Charlene said, “I was able to be near by and keep an eye on my son while I attended school and concentrate on learning.”
Charlene plans to attend college to earn a degree in the law field and/or criminal justice. “I want to go to law school and become a lawyer someday and one day own my own law firm.”
