giving tree

This holiday season, we would like to invite corporate, religious, civic, school and community groups to help create a magical holiday for young families in need by participating in the Parent Pathways Giving Tree Project.
Parent Pathways is a Denver-based not-for-profit agency that helps teen parents raise healthy families. Through our comprehensive services we address their needs in areas such as education, employment, and parenting support. These young families are working hard to become self-sufficient - juggling parenting, school and employment - but often have only enough to provide for the bare essentials. Extravagant meals and the newest toys for their children are a luxury they simply cannot enjoy. With your help, we can provide these families with all the ingredients for a bountiful holiday. |
This simple but very important project involves a group setting up a tree in their workplace, worship space, school, retail establishment or other community location. Parent Pathways provides the “ornaments,” each listing one child’s holiday “wish,” not exceeding $20. Each group determines the number of “ornaments” that is realistic for them and Parent Pathways arranges convenient and timely pick-up of the gifts during the holiday season. We are also happy to provide posters and a general flyer that groups can use to communicate the project.
Your support will help brighten the holiday season for the over 200 children served by Parent Pathways.
