Senior Mayra Lozano wins "Miles for Moms" Run/Walk Design Contest

We had 8 wonderful designs submitted in the competition to design the 2010 "Miles for Moms" Run/Walk race T-shirt.

Votes were cast by representatives of all the program areas of Parent Pathways, including admin, the Florence Crittenton School, the Early learning Center and the Young fathers Program.

Thanks to all the students who participated, and to all those who judged. We hope everyone will come to the Run/Walk and run, walk or volunteer. We always like to have students and their families there to show people the good work we’re doing at the Florence Crittenton School.

T-Shirts and Cards

The winning design will be printed on the front of the race T-shirts, as well as on a Mother’s Day card which will be given to everyone who raises or donates at least $25 to Parent Pathways through the event. It will also be printed on note cards that will be sold on the race, and which Parent Pathways will use throughout the year.

Winner Mayra Lozano received a $100 Visa Cash card. She will also get a copy of the T-shirt when they’re printed and a framed copy of the Mother’s Day card.

First Runner Up Esperanza Rodriguez received a $50 Visa cash card.

The designs will decorate the center wall of Parent Pathways, along the right side, till race day. Stop by and see them!
